Job Description
Supports day-to-day operations of computer system/LAN. Provides integrated team support and maintenance of system/LAN hw/sw. Optimizes system operation and resource utilization. Performs system capacity analysis and planning. Provides assistance to users in accessing and using systems. Liaison support between PC/LAN team, vendors, and PC desktop group as needed.
Candidate needs to be able to do shift work.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree. Eight years of general experience with at least two years of specialized experience in administering Unix, Microsoft, or open systems-compliant systems. General experience includes operations support or a large-scale computer system or a multi-server local area network.
